Rates vary from $130 to $150 depending on the provider.

Insurance

We accept the following insurance: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Evernorth, Oscar Health, Optum, United Healthcare, and UMR.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the $75 fee.
